Kartell Goes Sottas: Tribute to Memphis
As part of a tribute to Etore Sotsas (1917 - 2007), kartell created a collection of designs inspired by the graphics and forms that the designer pioneered through the Memphis Movement in the 1980s. In addition to offering historical, graphic textiles from both Ettore Sotsas and Nathalie du Pasquier in many of the surviving designs with wallpaper from Kartell, like the Mademoiselle chair by Philippe Starck and the Trix recliner by Piero Lissoni, Kartell was first released three of Sottsas' drawings.
